Job Summary

Driving the achievement of growth and profitability goals, the full-time remote Sales Director will manage all sales, marketing, and business development operations, including strategy execution and team development.

Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies for assigned product lines or regions
  • Hire, train, manage, and develop the sales force and supporting administrative staff
  • Maintain key customer relationships and implement strategies for expanding the customer base
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • At least seven years of sales and marketing experience in the industry
  • Proven ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels
  • Established contacts and relationships within comparable industries
  • Outstanding consultative selling abilities with executive-level customers and partners
