Job Summary
As the first dedicated Head of Sales in a remote capacity, this full-time role will lead and develop a high-performing sales team, carry a personal quota, and own the sales motion to drive revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Strategic Account Executives and a Junior Account Executive across domestic and EU territories
- Define and enforce a consistent sales process while collaborating with marketing and partner managers to maximize pipeline health
- Support the growth of the EU territory and work with international teams on deal support and pipeline strategy
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS or professional services sales, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership or player/coach role
- Proven track record of exceeding personal quotas while managing a team
- Experience in compliance, cybersecurity, GRC, or adjacent markets
- Strong coaching instincts with a data-driven approach to team management
- Proficiency in HubSpot or equivalent CRM experience
