Job Summary
Leading a team of 8-10 Account Executives, the hybrid Director of Sales will manage team performance, oversee new-hire onboarding, and ensure pipeline health while collaborating with RevOps, Customer Success, and Marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives to meet individual and team quotas through regular performance evaluations and structured coaching
- Own the new-hire onboarding process, ensuring timely productivity and effective ramping of new sales representatives
- Maintain an accurate sales forecast and healthy pipeline, enforcing data quality and adherence to sales processes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing a team of 8 or more Account Executives
- Proven track record of achieving team revenue targets
- Hands-on coaching experience, actively participating in calls and demos
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, for managing pipeline and forecasting
- Experience in hiring and rapidly onboarding new Account Executives
