Job Summary
To drive revenue growth and expand the customer base, the full-time remote Sales Director will design and refine sales processes, mentor the sales team, and implement effective sales strategies while managing key sales infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Design and refine the sales process and create an Ideal Customer Profile for various market segments
- Develop and manage key sales infrastructure, including processes, forecasting, and staff training
- Hire, develop, and scale a sales organization, including Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience leading sales teams and developing growth strategies
- At least 5 years as a sales executive or Director of Sales in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Prior experience selling into Global 2000 companies, large banks, or the crypto market
- Experience growing and managing global sales teams
- Proactive mindset with a player-coach mentality, thriving in learning and experimental environments
