Job Summary

Leading and developing a team of Account Executives, the full-time remote Director of Sales will manage sales execution, monitor performance, and implement strategies for customer acquisition to drive company growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives while assisting them throughout their strategic sales cycles
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, including activity, pipelines, and forecasts, to ensure quota attainment
  • Identify areas for improvement in processes and productivity, and collaborate with other leaders to enhance overall sales strategies
Required qualifications
  • BA/BS Degree
  • 5+ years in software and/or applications sales
  • 2-5 years of sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record of consistently overachieving quota and revenue goals
  • Experience selling to HR leadership and executives preferred
