Job Summary
Leading and developing a team of Account Executives, the full-time remote Director of Sales will manage sales execution, monitor performance, and implement strategies for customer acquisition to drive company growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives while assisting them throughout their strategic sales cycles
- Monitor sales performance metrics, including activity, pipelines, and forecasts, to ensure quota attainment
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and productivity, and collaborate with other leaders to enhance overall sales strategies
Required qualifications
- BA/BS Degree
- 5+ years in software and/or applications sales
- 2-5 years of sales leadership experience
- Proven track record of consistently overachieving quota and revenue goals
- Experience selling to HR leadership and executives preferred
