Job Summary
Driving significant growth across state and local government sectors, the full-time remote Director of Sales will lead and mentor a regional sales team, develop sales strategies, and manage client relationships to achieve multi-million dollar quotas.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to drive new business and expand existing accounts
- Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a team of Client Partners and Senior Client Partners to foster a high-performance culture
- Serve as a trusted advisor for key strategic client accounts, strengthening executive-level relationships
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading a high-performing sales team in management consulting and/or IT professional services within the public sector
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies that meet or exceed quotas
- Significant experience in recruiting, coaching, and mentoring sales professionals
- Established executive network in the Florida and/or Texas public sector markets
- Experience overseeing complex proposal efforts and contract negotiations
