Job Summary

Owning a portfolio of enterprise accounts, the full-time remote Sales Director will lead complex sales cycles for mainframe modernization, engaging with senior business and technical buyers while developing account strategies and maintaining trusted relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, overseeing pipeline generation, closing deals, and driving expansion
  • Lead long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles to build consensus among C-suite executives and technical buyers
  • Collaborate with Delivery and Sales Engineering to ensure alignment between customer goals and product capabilities
Required qualifications
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals with long sales cycles
  • Experience selling technical or platform products to senior technical buyers (CIO, CTO, VP Engineering)
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on diagnosing needs before pitching solutions
  • Disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting abilities
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments, particularly in enterprise modernization contexts
