Job Summary

Leading a high-performing sales team, the full-time Area Sales Director will optimize profitable revenue growth by recruiting, training, and developing a regional sales team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales goals while managing team expenses and performance
  • Establish a pipeline of candidates to ensure full staffing and hold the sales team accountable for client engagement and revenue generation
  • Monitor sales objectives and develop annual sales quotas, while creating and updating business plans to support sales goals
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales management experience with proven results
  • Experience managing a geographically diverse sales region
  • Familiarity with e-Discovery and/or the legal industry preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Salesforce, WorkDay, and Concur
