Job Summary
Leading the SME Account Executive team, the full-time Sales Director will drive revenue by managing a team focused on selling to companies with less than 1,000 employees, providing deal strategy support and collaborating closely with the VP of Sales in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, build, and manage a productive SME Account Executive team
- Drive performance and enhance the DailyPay brand across key market segments
- Provide accurate revenue forecasting and collaborate on sales analysis and results
Required qualifications
- Experience in attracting and hiring high-quality sales representatives
- Successful sales experience in SaaS, HR tech, FinTech, or related products
- Proven ability to develop and refine sales processes and value propositions
- High proficiency in integrating CRM strategies and data into the sales process
- Demonstrated leadership skills with strong public speaking abilities
