Job Summary
To support the growth of a dynamic Payer Relations team, the full-time remote Sales Director will manage the development of new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in health plans, and drive sales strategies to achieve corporate objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive sustained growth and achieve corporate objectives
- Manage all stages of the sales lifecycle, including prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building with key Payer decision-makers
- Conduct business development meetings and provide pipeline transparency and revenue forecasts to Senior Leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-8 years of relevant business development or sales experience, preferably in healthcare or DMEPOS
- Strong knowledge of the Payer/Managed Care landscape and sales cycle
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Demonstrated consultative selling skills and ability to influence key decision makers
