Job Summary

Leading a high-performing sales organization, the full-time salaried Director of Sales will manage a team of National Account Managers to drive revenue growth, develop commercial strategies, and optimize customer relationships in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of National Account Managers and external sales representatives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual business objectives and drive profitable growth
  • Analyze sales performance and market opportunities to identify growth initiatives and optimize pricing strategies
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of progressive sales and national account management experience in consumer products or related industries
  • Proven success in leading and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategy, forecasting, and financial performance metrics
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools, along with strong analytical capabilities
