Job Summary
Leading Prisma's enterprise sales strategy, the full-time remote Director of Sales will focus on new logo acquisition, pipeline development, and managing a sales team while personally closing high-value deals in the multifamily rental housing and HOA industry.
Key responsibilities
- Own and develop Prisma's new-business strategy within the multifamily rental housing and HOA ecosystem
- Build and manage the sales team with clear KPIs, while personally closing strategic accounts
- Implement scalable systems for outreach, demos, proposals, and forecasting to drive sales growth
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise SaaS, PropTech, FinTech, or payments sales experience
- 5+ years of experience in rent/HOA payments
- Proven success selling into multifamily property management companies or ownership groups
- Experience building or scaling a sales team
- Strong analytical background for KPIs, dashboards, and revenue modeling
