Job Summary

To build out a strategic customer base in the Northeast region, the full-time remote Majors Sales Director will manage the full sales cycle for enterprise prospects, organize POC implementations, and lead team projects to enhance the sales process.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to ongoing utilization for enterprise prospects
  • Win 20 new dbt Cloud Enterprise customers per year after the ramp-up period
  • Become an expert in SQL, dbt, and enterprise data operations while contributing to team projects
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of closing experience in technology sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and develop them into a consultative sale
  • Experience with SQL or a willingness to learn
  • Diligence and organizational skills to navigate long sales cycles involving multiple client teams
  • Passion for being an inclusive teammate and involved community member
