Job Summary
To build out a strategic customer base in the Northeast region, the full-time remote Majors Sales Director will manage the full sales cycle for enterprise prospects, organize POC implementations, and lead team projects to enhance the sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from lead to ongoing utilization for enterprise prospects
- Win 20 new dbt Cloud Enterprise customers per year after the ramp-up period
- Become an expert in SQL, dbt, and enterprise data operations while contributing to team projects
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of closing experience in technology sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and develop them into a consultative sale
- Experience with SQL or a willingness to learn
- Diligence and organizational skills to navigate long sales cycles involving multiple client teams
- Passion for being an inclusive teammate and involved community member
