Job Summary

Driving revenue growth in the Chicago area, the full-time Sales Director will manage client relationships, develop new business, and execute sales strategies for digital out-of-home advertising solutions in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed regional sales targets through strategic prospecting, pitching, and closing
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with advertisers, agencies, and media buyers
  • Translate Screenverse's value proposition into tailored solutions for clients while collaborating with leadership on sales strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of sales experience in programmatic advertising, DOOH, or a related media industry
  • Strong understanding of programmatic transaction types including PMPs, Programmatic Guaranteed, and Open Exchange
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Empathetic, consultative selling style focused on client outcomes
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline management skills
