Job Summary

Driving the development of a data-driven commercial strategy, the full-time Director of Sales will implement a comprehensive sales and go-to-market strategy while leading a distributed team to meet and exceed revenue goals in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with business objectives and set ambitious sales targets
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer experiences
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of ten years of experience in sales leadership roles in B2B subscription sales, with at least five years in the healthcare industry
  • Established relationships with key hospital and health system executives
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Proven track record of driving new business and developing partnerships within the healthcare market
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and ensuring successful deal closures
