Job Summary
To drive sustainable growth and strengthen market presence, the full-time Selling Sales Director will lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives while managing a personal book of business in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Sales Management to develop and execute annual sales plans aligned with organizational goals
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Account Executives to ensure consistent achievement of sales and service objectives
- Actively manage and grow a personal book of assigned clients and prospects in alignment with established goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Five (5) or more years of successful sales management experience, preferably in legal services or legal support
- Proven experience designing, building, and managing sales processes end-to-end
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution
- Demonstrated success working in a multi-function, multi-geography environment
