Job Summary
To drive revenue growth with large commercial employers and labor unions, the full-time remote Sales Director will manage complex sales processes, develop client relationships, and oversee proposal activities while achieving annual revenue goals.
Key responsibilities
- Expand market presence by identifying and winning new business opportunities
- Develop and implement best-practice sales methodologies within a strategic sales process
- Lead proposal processes and client presentations to secure new business
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 10 years of sales experience with a proven track record of generating revenue from Fortune 1000 organizations
- Experience in the Healthcare Services industry preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Strong proposal writing and presentation development skills
