Job Summary
As a strategic revenue leader, the full-time remote Sales Director, Account Management will drive growth across the small and mid-law segment, overseeing revenue performance, talent development, and market expansion while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own segment-level revenue targets and execute multi-quarter growth plans
- Lead and develop high-performance sales teams, establishing performance expectations and coaching leaders
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance forecasting accuracy and drive customer success
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with significant leadership responsibility
- Proven track record of exceeding regional or segment-level revenue targets
- Experience in driving forecast accuracy and operational discipline at scale
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
- Deep experience in cross-functional leadership across Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success
