Job Summary

Driving business growth across the Americas, the full-time remote Sales Director - Americas will identify and secure new opportunities, focusing on expanding the company's presence on the U.S. West Coast while collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape commercial strategies and strengthen customer partnerships.

Key responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the Americas, particularly on the U.S. West Coast
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and partners in the cross-border payments industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial strategies to drive sustainable growth
Required qualifications:
  • Strong academic background in engineering, business, or comparable experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in the payment industry, preferably in cross-border payments
  • Proven experience in a commercial director role or similar position within the Americas region
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales and marketing, with a focus on managing key client relationships
  • Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders
