Job Summary
To support the growth of BairesDev's client base, the full-time Sales Director - B2B IT Services will source, nurture, and close new client relationships primarily through networking, focusing on delivering tailored technology solutions to midsize and enterprise-level clients in various industries while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients across diverse industries
- Scope projects and collaborate with teams to define business solutions that meet client needs
- Manage lead generation and sales activities to achieve annual revenue targets
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in selling professional IT or software services
- Strong background in technology consulting and services with a focus on acquiring new clients
- Proven success in managing and closing midsize and enterprise accounts
- Excellent understanding of industry trends, client structures, and business models
- Native English or fully bilingual proficiency
