Job Summary

Sales Director, East, is a full-time position responsible for leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive new business and expand strategic accounts while ensuring revenue performance and pipeline generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives across the East region
  • Own regional revenue performance, ensuring consistent attainment of quarterly and annual targets
  • Drive pipeline generation and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of people management experience leading quota-carrying sales teams
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of meeting revenue targets
  • Experience managing enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong operational rigor with experience in forecasting and pipeline management
  • Bachelor's degree required
