Job Summary
Sales Director, East, is a full-time position responsible for leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive new business and expand strategic accounts while ensuring revenue performance and pipeline generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives across the East region
- Own regional revenue performance, ensuring consistent attainment of quarterly and annual targets
- Drive pipeline generation and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of people management experience leading quota-carrying sales teams
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of meeting revenue targets
- Experience managing enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Strong operational rigor with experience in forecasting and pipeline management
- Bachelor's degree required
