Job Summary
Leading revenue performance and team development for the East territory, the full-time remote Sales Director, East Region will manage a team of up to 10 Account Executives, driving execution and building a scalable sales engine.
Key responsibilities
- Own revenue targets and ensure disciplined forecasting and pipeline health across the East region
- Hire, onboard, and coach a high-performing team of Account Executives, developing future sales leaders
- Establish strong pipeline hygiene and deal qualification standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams for go-to-market execution
Required qualifications
- 7-10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing AE teams
- Experience in selling SaaS or AI-powered solutions, particularly to SMB and Mid-Market environments
- Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies and ability to coach both early-career and senior AEs
- Data-driven with experience in pipeline analytics and territory planning
- Excellent communication skills with executive presence for effective coaching and collaboration
