A company is looking for a Sales Director for their Employee Benefits Vertical on the West Coast.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong producer relationships through product knowledge and excellent customer service
  • Achieve sales goals through consultation, negotiations, and strategic positioning of offerings
  • Identify new customer sales opportunities and manage existing client relationships to enhance sales
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 7+ years of sales experience through broker distribution
  • Experience in executing prospecting strategies for new accounts
  • Proven history of managing large accounts and technical sales projects
  • Ability to manage a large pipeline of sales opportunities and engage with all organizational levels
