- Engage in territory planning and support Field Sales Teams in closing opportunities
- Recruit, coach, and mentor team members while achieving annual sales goals
Required Qualifications
- Preferred location in Seattle or Bay Area with flexibility to travel
- 5+ years of first-line sales leadership experience in Enterprise software
- Deep sales domain experience in Employee/HR SaaS Solutions
- Proven track record of new business sales success, particularly at the C-level
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills for financial planning and quota achievement
