Job Summary

Leading a high-performing sales team, the full-time Sales Director, Enterprise SaaS will develop and coach a group of Enterprise Sales Representatives to achieve revenue targets and enhance sales effectiveness while working remotely across North America.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and lead a team of 5-6 Enterprise Sales Representatives to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Achieve regional new business revenue targets through effective pipeline management and execution across the sales cycle
  • Implement structured coaching practices to improve sales productivity and individual performance
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience leading Enterprise SaaS sales teams in complex B2B environments
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a track record of improving team performance
  • Deep understanding of consultative, value-based sales methodologies
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and performance metrics within CRM platforms
  • Ability to recruit, onboard, and develop top-performing sales talent
