Job Summary
Leading a high-performing sales team, the full-time remote Sales Director, Enterprise SaaS will develop and coach sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and enhance customer value across North America.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of Enterprise Sales Representatives to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
- Deliver sustainable revenue growth through effective pipeline management and execution across the sales cycle
- Implement structured coaching practices to improve sales effectiveness and team performance
Required qualifications
- Proven experience leading Enterprise SaaS sales teams in complex B2B environments
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a track record of improving team performance
- Deep understanding of consultative, value-based sales methodologies
- Experience managing sales pipelines and forecasting within CRM platforms
- Ability to recruit, onboard, and develop top-performing sales talent
