Job Summary

Leading a high-performing sales team, the full-time remote Sales Director, Enterprise SaaS will develop and coach sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and enhance customer value across North America.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and lead a team of Enterprise Sales Representatives to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Deliver sustainable revenue growth through effective pipeline management and execution across the sales cycle
  • Implement structured coaching practices to improve sales effectiveness and team performance
Required qualifications

  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a track record of improving team performance
