Job Summary

Driving revenue growth in Europe, the full-time salaried Sales Director will manage a team of Account Executives, engage directly with customers and partners, and collaborate across departments in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead hands-on sales execution by working deals alongside Account Executives and managing a diverse customer base
  • Coach and develop Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, fostering their skills and growth
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and contribute to go-to-market strategies
Required qualifications
  • Proven sales experience in cybersecurity, particularly in threat intelligence
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience in leadership roles, including mentoring or managing teams
  • Understanding of the channel landscape and experience engaging with partners and MSSPs
  • Strong forecasting skills with the ability to assess deal quality and communicate effectively
