Job Summary
Sales Director, Financial Services is a full-time position focused on driving U.S. market adoption of a private, enterprise-grade distributed ledger platform and asset tokenization software in the financial services sector, managing the full sales cycle and engaging with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation through close for enterprise accounts
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of strategic opportunities in the U.S. market
- Engage senior stakeholders to understand business problems and transformation goals
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of closing enterprise or strategic deals in complex sales environments
- Demonstrated ability to run disciplined sales processes using structured methodologies
- Experience selling technical products or platforms, such as cloud or SaaS
- High degree of ownership in pipeline creation, qualification, and closing deals
- Background selling into financial services or regulated industries is valuable
