Job Summary

Focused on building a market strategy for the Financial Services Practice, the full-time Sales Director - Financial Services will manage new business development activities in the Banking and Capital Markets sectors, leveraging industry expertise to identify and close deals while positioning the company as a trusted advisor.

Key responsibilities:
  • Identify and close new business opportunities in the Banking and Capital Markets space
  • Develop value propositions and sales strategies based on market understanding and competition analysis
  • Leverage the company's ecosystem to create tailored solutions addressing client business challenges
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education
  • 9+ years of sales experience, particularly in the service or consulting industry
  • 5-7 years of business development experience selling IT services
  • Strong network within the Banking and/or Capital Markets sectors
  • Proven track record of engaging with CXOs and leading proposal presentations
