Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales, East Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive sales experience, including 3+ years in a senior sales leadership role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales performance metrics
• Experience selling attorney/litigation services is a plus
