Job Summary
Responsible for defining and executing the growth strategy in the data center market segment for the Americas, the full-time remote Sales Director for Data Centers will manage a team of 6 direct reports and drive sales revenue across all product lines, including liquid and air cooling solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the business plan aligned with the Americas Strategic Plan and budget targets
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and drive marketing efforts for data center customers
- Lead business development initiatives and coordinate with regional and global sales teams on new opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering; Master's Degree is a plus
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in sales or marketing within the data center industry
- Demonstrated experience leading a sales team and growing sales in the data center sector
- Existing network with key players in the data center industry, including OEMs and engineering firms
- Strong understanding of cooling technologies and trends in the liquid and air cooling market
