Job Summary
To drive business growth, the full-time Sales Director for Retail will focus on sourcing, nurturing, and closing new clients primarily through networking, while managing project scopes and sales pipelines in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients in the retail, e-commerce, and omnichannel sectors
- Scope projects and define business solutions to meet client needs and achieve desired outcomes
- Plan and implement lead generation and sales activities to meet annual revenue targets
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer Goods sectors with a focus on technology solutions
- Strong background in business development and key account management within the retail sector
- Proven success in sourcing and closing accounts in retail or consumer markets
- Excellent understanding of retail systems and technological challenges in the industry
- Native English or fully bilingual proficiency in English
