Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Director for Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the commercial growth agenda while achieving sales and installation targets
  • Identify potential customers and lead the sales process from initial contact to closing deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent the Germany region within the EMEA commercial leadership team


Required Qualifications and Education
  • University degree in business studies, medical technology, or engineering specialization is preferred
  • 10 years of experience in the medtech area, with at least 5 years in a sales management role
  • Experience in capital goods/robotics and service selling is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to develop C-level relationships within the hospital segment
  • Fluent in German and English
