Job Summary
To lead a critical enterprise sales region, the full-time remote Sales Director, Global Trade will develop and manage a high-performing sales team, drive sustainable revenue growth, and implement effective coaching strategies across North America.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of 5-6 Enterprise Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and pipeline generation
- Deliver sustainable revenue growth through disciplined pipeline management and effective forecasting
- Implement structured coaching and performance improvement strategies to enhance sales effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Proven success in leading Enterprise SaaS sales teams in complex B2B environments
- Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities with a track record of improving team performance
- Experience in managing sales pipelines and forecasting within CRM platforms
- Ability to connect customer challenges to measurable business outcomes
- Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in leading teams through change and ambiguity
