Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director / VP of Sales in Health Tech / Life Sciences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own a new-business quota of at least 1.5M in annual closed revenue, focusing on net-new logos
  • Build and manage a personal book of business across health tech, life sciences, diagnostics, and medical devices using CRM
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to handoff while collaborating with leadership on account strategy and product offerings


Required Qualifications
  • 8-15+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in health tech, life sciences, or related sectors
  • Experience selling both services and software/platforms
  • Proven track record of owning and exceeding a personal quota of at least 1-2M annually
  • Existing network of decision-makers in relevant industries
  • Experience in early-stage environments with a focus on generating pipeline
