Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director / VP of Sales in Health Tech / Life Sciences.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a new-business quota of at least 1.5M in annual closed revenue, focusing on net-new logos
- Build and manage a personal book of business across health tech, life sciences, diagnostics, and medical devices using CRM
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to handoff while collaborating with leadership on account strategy and product offerings
Required Qualifications
- 8-15+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in health tech, life sciences, or related sectors
- Experience selling both services and software/platforms
- Proven track record of owning and exceeding a personal quota of at least 1-2M annually
- Existing network of decision-makers in relevant industries
- Experience in early-stage environments with a focus on generating pipeline
