Job Summary

To drive business growth in the Healthcare sector, the full-time Sales Director - Healthcare Solutions will source, nurture, and close new client relationships remotely, focusing on building partnerships with midsize to enterprise-level clients while managing project scopes and sales pipelines.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Healthcare industry, focusing on hospitals, health systems, pharmaceuticals, and MedTech
  • Scope projects and define business solutions that meet client needs, while managing lead generation and sales activities to achieve revenue targets
  • Plan and mobilize cross-functional teams throughout the sales cycle, ensuring alignment with client expectations and managing key risks
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or Health Systems sectors with a focus on technology solutions
  • Strong background in business development, account management, and vendor relations within the healthcare sector
  • Proven success in sourcing and closing accounts in the healthcare or life sciences markets
  • Excellent understanding of healthcare information systems, EHR platforms, and industry challenges
  • Native English or fully bilingual proficiency in English
