Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Director for Data Center Cooling Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own revenue growth for data-center cooling solutions across various accounts
  • Build and manage an enterprise team of sales engineers and inside sales associates
  • Develop executive relationships with hyperscalers and drive preferred-vendor status
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of experience selling mission-critical HVAC with a proven annual quota ownership of $25M-$100M+
  • Experience in enterprise team leadership, including hiring and scaling teams
  • Deep product knowledge of CRAH/CRAC, RDHx, CDU/direct-to-chip, and chillers/AHUs
  • Established relationships with hyperscalers, colos, and top MEPs/EPCs
  • BS in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or equivalent experience
