Sales Director - Insurance
Job Summary
Leading a high-performing strategic sales team, the full-time remote Sales Director - Insurance will drive new business acquisition and lifecycle success for major insurance carrier partners while managing SaaS and DaaS solutions in the Commercial Lines Insurance vertical.
Key responsibilities
- Drive strategic growth by leading enterprise sales cycles and expanding opportunities
- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of strategic sales representatives
- Align SaaS/DaaS capabilities with the needs of commercial auto carriers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS/DaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Deep understanding of Commercial Auto (Transportation) Insurance
- Proven record with complex enterprise sales cycles
- Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce
