Job Summary
Owning and growing strategic enterprise relationships, the full-time remote Sales Director - Insurance Software will drive multi-million-dollar revenue across high-value accounts while acting as a trusted advisor to clients navigating legacy systems and innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from pipeline creation through deal closure for complex, multi-stakeholder engagements
- Develop and execute account strategies that drive new business, expansion, and long-term revenue growth
- Cultivate executive-level relationships and position the company as a strategic partner of choice
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or software sales with a focus on complex, high-value deals
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience managing full-cycle sales processes, including pipeline generation and contract negotiation
- Strong ability to engage and influence C-level and senior executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in consultative, value-based selling approaches
