Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Director - Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for HR Managed Services, including prospecting, proposal development, and closing engagements
• Build and manage a pipeline of companies under 500 employees seeking ongoing HR support
• Educate prospects on managed HR services and lead consultative discovery calls to identify client needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications
• 8-10 years of direct sales experience in HR consulting or managed services
• Strong understanding of the HR lifecycle and People Operations functions
• Experience selling strategic, retainer-based services is preferred
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management
