Job Summary

Leading the charge in strategic business growth, the remote Director of Sales, Americas will manage and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives while personally closing key deals in the AdTech sector.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Account Executives through structured coaching and performance management
  • Drive consistent quota attainment and sales execution across the Americas region
  • Own pipeline health and forecasting accuracy to ensure predictable revenue performance
Required qualifications:
  • 8-12+ years in digital advertising, AdTech, or performance marketing
  • 3-5+ years leading quota-carrying Account Executive teams
  • Proven success in a player-coach role, balancing team leadership with individual sales responsibilities
  • Deep understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem, including programmatic and attribution
  • Strong expertise in pipeline management and sales execution
