Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Director, North America

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach a team of Account Executives, Account Managers, and Sales Development Representatives to drive revenue growth
  • Develop strategic sales plans, establish sales targets, and partner with technical resources to guide prospects through the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to build targeted messaging and customer journey mapping

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience managing high-performing sales reps in selling technical solutions to technical audiences
  • Solid understanding of selling cloud, APIs, SDKs, or similar technologies
  • Experience closing 6-figure deals with complex organizations and multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to evaluate, develop, and inspire sales teams through strong leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to develop consultative relationships with external partners and internal teams
