Job Summary

Driving revenue growth across the North American market, the full-time salaried Sales Director, North America will establish high-value partnerships with major retailers, manage the sales funnel, and lead business development efforts in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute a North America sales strategy to capture market share in a competitive landscape
  • Expand the client base by closing strategic partnerships with major North American retailers and engaging with C-suite executives
  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasting to executive leadership
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in B2B sales leadership within retail media, adtech, or martech in North America
  • Experience in enterprise solution selling with multi-stakeholder sales cycles and technical evaluations
  • Proven track record of scaling enterprise sales from early stage to market leader
  • Deep knowledge of the retail landscape and programmatic advertising
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or HubSpot with a data-driven approach to sales management
