Sales Director - North/East Region

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales for the North & East Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy for the North and East regions to drive revenue growth and market share
• Lead and coach a high-performing regional sales team while overseeing major commercial agreements and pricing strategies
• Build strategic relationships with key partners and provide insights for executive-level strategic planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in Sales and/or Marketing
• Demonstrated success in strategic account management and leading sales teams
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing commercial performance
• Industry experience in aluminum extrusions, metals, or a related sector is preferred
