Job Summary
To drive new business growth, the full-time remote Sales Director - Oil and Gas will be responsible for sourcing, nurturing, and closing new clients while building strong relationships within the energy sector.
Key responsibilities
- Originate and nurture business relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients in the Oil & Gas, Renewables, and Utilities industries
- Scope projects and define business solutions that meet client needs, while managing sales activities and pipelines to achieve revenue targets
- Deliver tailored presentations to potential clients, showcasing BairesDev's unique value proposition
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, or related sectors with exposure to technology solutions
- Strong background in business development and relationship management within the energy sector
- Proven success in sourcing and closing accounts in energy markets
- Excellent understanding of the Oil & Gas industry, including key players and trends
- Native English or fully bilingual (English)
