Job Summary
To drive business growth, the full-time remote Sales Director - Oil and Gas will be responsible for sourcing, nurturing, and closing new clients primarily in the Energy sector, focusing on building strong relationships and managing complex sales cycles.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients in the Oil & Gas and Energy industries
- Scope projects and define business solutions to meet client needs and achieve desired outcomes
- Plan and manage lead generation and sales activities to meet revenue targets
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, or related industrial sectors
- Strong background in business development and relationship management within the energy sector
- Proven success in sourcing and closing accounts in energy markets
- Excellent understanding of the Oil & Gas industry, including key players and trends
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong presentation skills
