Job Summary

Focused on driving new business, the full-time Sales Director - Oil and Gas will manage client relationships, originate opportunities, and present tailored solutions to senior executives in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients in the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors
  • Scope projects and define business solutions to meet client needs while managing sales activities and pipelines
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations that align with the unique value proposition of BairesDev
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, or related industrial sectors with a focus on technology solutions
  • Strong background in business development and relationship management within the energy sector
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing accounts in the energy markets
  • Excellent understanding of the Oil & Gas industry, including key players and business models
  • Native English or fully bilingual (English)
