Job Summary

Driving revenue growth, the full-time remote Sales Director, Performance Advertising will build and expand relationships with advertisers and agencies across the Americas, focusing on performance-driven demand in key verticals such as fintech, e-commerce, and app growth.

Key responsibilities:
  • Acquire and develop relationships with advertisers, agencies, and performance marketing partners to drive direct revenue growth
  • Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for performance advertising demand generation across targeted verticals
  • Identify new business opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
Required qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, AdTech, programmatic advertising, or performance marketing sales
  • Proven track record of driving direct advertising revenue and securing budgets from advertisers and agencies
  • Strong understanding of performance advertising models, programmatic buying, and campaign optimization
  • Existing network of relationships with advertisers and agencies in North America and/or LATAM
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build new business opportunities in a fast-paced environment
