Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales (Player-Coach).

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business growth by owning the full sales cycle and maintaining a target account strategy
  • Build a repeatable outbound motion by leading strategy execution and coaching BDRs
  • Implement the GTM operating system by running operating rhythms and tracking conversion metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong record of closing new business
  • Demonstrated ability to generate a pipeline through outbound sales efforts
  • Experience in building or improving sales processes and forecasting
  • Strong deal leadership with a player-coach mindset
  • Experience in vertical market software or operationally complex environments is preferred
