Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales (Player-Coach).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by owning the full sales cycle and maintaining a target account strategy
- Build a repeatable outbound motion by leading strategy execution and coaching BDRs
- Implement the GTM operating system by running operating rhythms and tracking conversion metrics
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong record of closing new business
- Demonstrated ability to generate a pipeline through outbound sales efforts
- Experience in building or improving sales processes and forecasting
- Strong deal leadership with a player-coach mindset
- Experience in vertical market software or operationally complex environments is preferred
