Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Director - Customer Workflows (Retail).

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a team of Sales Executives to drive new business sales growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, engage in territory planning, and support Field Sales Teams in closing opportunities
  • Manage sales forecasts, achieve annual sales goals, and foster relationships with various stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in selling to or managing a team in the Retail vertical
  • Proven track record of new business sales success, particularly at the C-level
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills for financial planning and quota achievement
  • Experience in recruiting, coaching, and managing a successful sales team
  • Ability to build long-term strategic relationships and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
